Looking Ahead

Here are a couple of things that are being planned for this blog. Tomorrow (Saturday) is going to be our very first Blog Swap Day, so a whole 'nuther blogger is going to be posting here. The blog swap is a fun activity dreamed up by Tim, of Challies.com. I don't know whose post you will find here yet, and I won't know until tomorrow, but be sure to check in to find out who is posting here and what they have to say.

On Sunday, I plan to do the sermon and hymn around the theme of redemption. It'll be an Independence Day celebration of the freedom from bondage purchased in Christ for those who belong to Him. So if you've got a favorite hymn celebrating redemption, now's the time to suggest it. I'm open to online print sermon suggestions on this theme as well.
