Round the Sphere Again
Christian Carnival
- Last week's Christian Carnival can be found at Wittenberg Gate.
- A long time ago I posted a link to audio of Dr. Greg Bahnsen's debate with Dr. Gordon Stein on the existence of God. Since then, the site that hosts the audio seems to have gone belly up, but Alan of the Thinklings has posted a link to a site where you will find transcripts of the debate. Make sure you stop by the Thinklings, though, to read one of the classic exchanges of that debate.
- Jeremy Pierce of Parableman continues on the subject of Functional Subordination and Eternal Inequality.
- Christianity Today has an article by Mark Dever on the atonement: Nothing But the Blood.
...[W]hen we give attention and authority to all parts of the New Testament canon, substitution becomes the center and focus of the Bible's witness to the meaning of Christ's death, and the measure of God's redeeming love.
HT: The Constructive Curmudgeon. - You'll find some practical theology on the subject of sanctification at The Upward Call.
- Historia ecclesiastica has posted the tenth installment of the Eminent Christians series: a biographical sketch of Charles Spurgeon.
